Delete your VoxStat account

You can permanently delete your VoxStat account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.

How to delete your account

Open VoxStat — in the mobile app, or on the web at app.vox-stat.com.
Sign in with the account you want to delete.
Go to your Account page.
Under Danger zone, tap Delete account.
Review what will be removed, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm the deletion. If you are the sole administrator of your subscription, you will be asked to sign in again to verify it’s really you.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes:

Your user account and sign-in credentials (you will no longer be able to log in).
If you are the sole administrator of a subscription: the subscription/organization itself, and all of its games, statistics, transcripts, audio recordings, rosters, and settings — along with any other members of that subscription.
Your identity with our authentication provider.

Any active subscription is cancelled as part of deletion. Subscription charges already made are not refunded, and no proration refund is issued.

Data retention

Your account and its associated data are deleted promptly upon your request and are not retained afterward, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with legal obligations. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
